Returns Policy
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase. However if you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 28 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and in a re-sellable condition. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item if stock is available. Unfortunately I do not accept returns from a smoking home as the the product is deemed unfit for re-selling.
Please note:
▪ Refunds will not be given on personalised items unless faulty.
▪ Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless we have
notified you otherwise.
▪ Please note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7
working days for a refund to be processed.
▪ The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore we recommend that you send the parcel
using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
▪ The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable
where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
▪ I will not refund/repair/replace any item if it has been modified in any way by you or a third party. This includes adding buttons or accessories and cutting hair.
All of my dolls and accessories are CE certified and I take photos of the finished product before posting out to my customers. Every doll has a file and a Unique Dolly Number (UDN). Modifying them yourself poses a risk to the child it has been bought for and I shall hold no responsibility for any item that has been modified in any way. This is to cover myself and the customer.
